Last week we had the chance to taste it, starring at the vinyard where it comes from, and it was like time stopped for long seconds. A real "meditation wine" which needs time to be appreciated and who makes you give time to yourself and your inner balance,
This bordeaux blend (60% Merlot topped up with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) comes from a windy hilltop with the deep clay soil that gives it colour, body and complexity.We mature it for 2 years in used and new oak barrels before bottling.
