Your shipping address cannot be modified once your order is complete.

If you should receive a damaged bottle, please contact our customer care department at firstname.lastname@example.org explaing the nature of the damage. Our customer care agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event of broken or damaged goods, we might request that you send us the bottle by mail and/or an image of it along with a description of the damage by e-mail, such that we might prevent future inconveniences. If you wish to receive a refund for damaged merchandise or products that didn’t meet your expectations, we ask that you follow these steps:
- Send your request for refund along with a brief explanation within 14 days from receipt of your order.
