After the snowy cold weather, the sun is finally warming up again! The right moment to prepare the vinyards. Pruning is one of the key activity in vineyard maintenance to keep the plants healthy and insure a regular production of grapes. It consists of cutting off the spurs of the previous year and to shape the plant for the new growing season. It gives strength to the vines and is key to maintain the plants "hygene". it will allow the plant to grow well and produce high quality grapes. We filmed the team working during a sunny day, whatch the video!
