We started our Harvest 2021, with a little concern and a lot of excitement, like every year of course, but this year the delay in ripening of some of our grapes due to a lack of water has given us some concern.
The season has been extremely dry, with no rain for more than 3 months.
We are however grateful that the vines have not suffered so much, they are still all green.
The white grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier were the first that we decided to harvest to maintain high acidity and therefore freshness on our wines. then we continued with the syrah for our rosé wines and now we are harvesting the batch of Merlot normally used for our Primàio.
