Even the Cantina Le Buche took part in the second edition of the edition Food and Wine in Progress, the great event sponsored by the Regional Tuscan cooks (Urct), by the Italian Sommelier Toscana and Cocktail in the world which this year held on 27 and 28 November at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence that also saw the participation of Confcommercio and Coldiretti Toscana.
The intent is to promote local production of wine and food to stimulate the culture and knowledge among the public. Winery Le Buche participated with their wines by finding a very positive atmosphere.

Many events and subjects covered, in particular was the wine-food pairing with an eye toward the Nobile di Montepulciano which this year celebrates 50 years of DOC. Many illustrious names of journalists, people in the field of restaurant owners and professionals of the sector that have particularly appreciated our wines.

Among the most valued label, our Pugnitello and the new Brut Rosé Zelia. A very intensive two days which allowed us to make new contacts and learn about new trends in the food and wine world, a world that precisely is evolving and continues to give great satisfaction to Italian producers.
