The experience is designed for those who wish to combine the pleasure of wine with the discovery of its production, observing up close the magic of the aging process.
During the tasting, you will sample three of our award-winning wines:
🥂 Orhora IGT Toscana – Our fresh and vibrant white wine, perfect for aperitifs and seafood dishes, with fruity notes and a pleasant minerality.
🍷 Le Buche Orcia DOC – The flagship of our winery, made from Sangiovese, round and balanced, a true expression of our land.
🍷 Tempore IGT Toscana – Our Bordeaux-style blend, aged for approximately 3 years in French oak barrels, intense and refined, ideal for moments of reflection or long winter evenings.
Depending on availability, the Tempore may be replaced with our Memento Orcia DOC Riserva, a blend of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Syrah, aged for a minimum of 24 months in French oak barrels. A structured and enveloping wine, perfect for your evenings with friends and barbecues.
🌿 Bruschetta with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced directly at the La Sovana farm mill, with olives harvested from our olive groves on both estates, for an authentic, zero-kilometer experience.
