A picnic with a view on the vineyards at Olivi Le Buche Winery is a full experience.
It begins with a visit to our cellars. We will explain to you a bit on vineyard care, grape harvesting and also the wine making process. If this introduction doesn't tempt you, just tell us and we will start directly with the wine tasting. We know that the tasting is always the best part! After the tour in the cellar, we will taste with you some of our premium wines in our dedicated tasting room.
It will be a selection of 3 wines to give you an idea of our production philosophy. We will also introduce you to our Extravirgin Olive Oil which is also an important production of our estate. After the tasting, we will give you directions to reach your picnic area and have your light lunch in a marvellous landscape.
You will get a nice basket with all you need for a perfect "en plein air" lunch: glasses, cutlery, dishes, napkins, a bottle of Chianti Superiore DOCG, a little bottle of our extra virgin olive oil DOP, and a selection of typical products of our region: fresh bread, cold cuts like a local salame, pecorino cheese, some local grown vegetables like fresh tomatoes, cantucci biscotti or other homemade biscuits and a bottle of water.
Now it is your time! Just take your basket, and rejoin your picnic plot to experience excellent local food in a special private environment all equipped for you. We have two picnic areas, both with an amazing view on the vineyards, easy to reach
by foot from the Winery and the parking lot.
Relax and enjoy the silence sometimes interrupted by wildlife or sometimes by our workers passing with a tractor. No rush, you can stay as long as you want. You are living a unique experience and the real Tuscany life-style!
For larger groups, we can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. We have a special area dedicated to you. We need your reservation at least 3 day in advance.

• 1 bottle of Chianti Classico Superiore Docg (you can ask for a different bottle at the same price or with a little extra according to choices)
• 1 bottle of Extra virgin olive oil from our Olive trees
• Parking reserved at the Winery
• Package available for a maximum of 12 people
• In case of bad weather the picnic experience will be converted in wine tasting plus
