Grappa made by vapour distillation of selected grape skins coming from the typical Sienese
countryside. Ageing in wooden barrels gives the grappa an elegant bouquet, velvety texture
and persistent finish.

Facilities: small vapour boilers in copper
Toasting of the wood: medium +
Ageing: aged in barriques of different wood
Colour: amber
Aroma: complex, delicate, persistent, with great personality. The most marked notes of the rich bouquet are marasca cherry, berries, chocolate and vanilla.
Taste: rich and soft, delicate, with great harmony and persistency.
